Meg is an artist living on a small island off the coast of Maine. Surrounded by ocean, forest and the steady turning of the seasons, The living landscape and quiet rhythms of island life shape much of her work.

Meg works with many mediums. As a painter she uses acrylic, oil, and gouache, often painting both outdoors and from reference photographs. Her landscape paintings are inspired particularly by the Canadian Group of 7 Her drawings, created with micron pen and Posca pens, develop through a stream of consciousness process in which symbols, plants, animals and figures emerge organically, Across her work she explores themes of memory, transformation, resilience, and the connections between the inner life and the natural world.

Meg is also a fiber artist who spins yarn, weaves textiles, and designs knitwear. Her work emphasizes natural fibers, locally sourced materials, and reclaimed yarn, reflecting a growing commitment to sustainability and reduced use of plastics.
